A trial date has been set for a man who denies pushing a female police officer down stairs.
Levi O’Connor, 18, pled not guilty to a charge of pushing the female officer to the body, causing her to fall down steps to her injury on May 5 at an address on Cummings Park Drive, Aberdeen.
He also denied spitting at another officer on the same day. A trial date was set for next month.
O’Connor, whose address was given as North Anderson Drive, Aberdeen, had previously pled guilty to repeatedly striking a door with his body, shouting, swearing and making threats and abusive remarks towards his mother, as well as forcibly pulling down a fence.
He also admitted shouting, swearing, making threats towards three police officers and struggling violently with them.
