A man has admitted stealing from an Aberdeen shop.
Michael Cheyne appeared in the dock at Aberdeen Sheriff Court and admitted two charges.
The 35-year-old admitted stealing food from Marks and Spencer, Beech Manor, Stoneywood.
The offences took place on March 26 and 28 this year.
Cheyne, whose address was given in court papers as Roslin Street, Aberdeen, had his sentence deferred until next month for a criminal justice social work report to be carried out.
