A man has admitted producing and being concerned in the supply of cannabis.
Craig McKenzie, 51, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court where he pled guilty to the offences which took place on July 26 2017 at his address on Bedford Road, Aberdeen, and elsewhere.
Defence agent John Hardie, representing McKenzie, entered the guilty plea on his behalf and asked for sentence to be deferred for reports.
Sheriff Sukhwinder Gill said: “Given the nature of the charge to which you’ve pled guilty, and as you have got a previous conviction for an analogous matter, albeit some time ago, I’m going to call for reports.”
She deferred sentence until next month for a social work report and restriction of liberty order assessment to be prepared.
