An Aberdeen firm has raised more than £10,000 for charitable causes.
Johnson Carmichael Accountants and Business Advisers in Aberdeen has been fundraising for two local charities.
A total of £10,531 has been raised this year.
It will go towards Maggie’s Centres, with £5,156 donated to the charity.
The money will be used to fund the centres for two days, which will help to provide vital support for those who have been diagnosed with cancer and their families.
A further £5,375 has been given to the Rubislaw Ward at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital – where parents go when they have lost a baby during pregnancy.
That cash will be used to purchase a memory tree for the ward, allowing parents who have lost a child to engrave the tree with their child’s name.
