An Aberdeen street will see a parking ban in preparation for the arrival of a street market.
Aberdeen City Council has imposed a temporary waiting prohibition on either side of Thistle Street.
The ban will be in effect from 6pm until 8pm on Friday, between its junctions with Rose Street and Chapel Street.
There will be a temporary driving restriction from 6am until 8pm on Saturday for the monthly market.
The road will be closed to traffic to ensure public safety for the duration of the Thistle Street Food Market, which showcases Aberdeen’s local food and drink scenes.
Market stalls will line the street for the one-day event.
