An Aberdeen recruitment agency boss has won a top award after a quarter century of service.
Grant Wilson, who has owned and operated Driver Hire’s Aberdeen office for 25 years, was honoured with the David Walter Silver Salver in recognition of the branch’s outstanding performance, as well as his dedication to the firm.
He employs eight members of staff and finds work for as many as 150 drivers on a daily basis.
The Aberdeen office is now on course for a record-breaking year, with profits set to hit an all-time high.
Chris Chidley, Driver Hire’s chief executive, said: “Over the past 15 years Aberdeen has been one of our top performing offices.
“As well as outstanding trading, the office has a high level of engagement with the network and outstanding levels of sales and marketing activity.
“Grant and all the team at Aberdeen are to be congratulated on their success.”
