AN ABERDEEN beauty spot was left trashed by revellers following an all-night party.
Beer cans, bottles and broken furniture were among the mess strewn across Aberdeen beach just north of the River Don following the party at the weekend.
But those who regularly use the beach have branded the area “a health risk”.
The mess is believed to have been left by revellers who attended the “6pm to sunrise” DJ set on Saturday.
Angela Slater, a practice manager at the nearby David Murray Associates architecture practice, found the mess while walking her dog Max.
She said: “I just saw it when I was coming to work. It wasn’t there on Friday, so it must have been there on Saturday. Stuff like this happens down here quite a lot, but I’ve never seen it as bad as this before.
“It’s a health risk. You can’t just leave empty cans and bottles lying around like that, it’s especially dangerous for dog walkers of people with children.”
