Aberdeen airport is set to build on its relationship with a north-east charity.
Aberdeen International Airport announced it would be extending its partnership with Befriend a Child till 2020.
Employees of the airport first selected Befriend a Child as their chosen charity in 2017 and since then passengers as well as staff have raised more than £15,000.
Aberdeen International Airport’s managing director Steve Szalay said: “Befriend a Child does incredible work in the community and as the only specialist befriending charity for children in the north-east, we are incredibly proud to continue our corporate relationship further.”
The good cause helps support school-age children in the north-east who are growing up in complicated or troubled circumstances.
