This super-easy yoghurt and chia seed pudding will hit the spot whether it’s a mid-afternoon gap your trying to fill or a way to get yourself eating breakfast in the morning.

It doesn’t require cooking, mixing, setting, or even measuring.
All it needs is dolloping in your best bowl, being left to soak for 20 minutes and then drizzled with a generous amount of honey.
