From getting married to having children, the Wood family have made some very special memories at 30 Coral Gardens in Peterhead.
The three-bedroom semi-detached house – which has been home to Ashleigh and offshore worker Stephen, both 29, and their two daughters – has seen some major changes take place.
It’s the only home five-year-old Lacey and 16-month-old Shelby have ever known.
The family now hope to build their own house but have loved the space on offer at number 30.
“We’re excited to build our own house but we’re still sad to be leaving this one because it is the ideal size with a great location,” said staff nurse Ashleigh.
“I was pregnant with Lacey when we moved in and we knew this was the right home for us as a family, it was the living room which really appealed because it’s so spacious.”
The lounge is certainly an impressive room, ideal for entertaining, and it has been stylishly decorated. The dining kitchen has a range of modern appliances and a breakfast bar.
With two small children, Ashleigh says she couldn’t be without her utility room which houses the washing machine and provides extra storage.
Upstairs there is a sumptuous master bedroom with walk-in dressing area and en-suite. The remaining two bedrooms are a good size and the bathroom has a modern white suite.
“We love the area, there’s a lovely walk to the shop, which is perfect on a summer evening, and the school is only a short walk away as well,” said Ashleigh.
“This house will always be special to us, and we hope someone else will love it just as much.”
