The audience had a great time checking out Aberdeen Scout Gang Show last night.
This year’s show had it all – singing, dancing, comedy, and a cast oozing with talent.
Most importantly they had the audience in their hooks.
The Arts Centre was packed with friends, family and members of neighbouring Gang Shows, all of whom were treated to a night of pure entertainment.
Check-in begins in a hotel and is accom-panied by a plethora of related music but it certainly wasn’t a Heartbreak Hotel last night as the audience lapped it up.
The kids (and adults) were extremely talented, juggling dance routines and quick song transitions like professionals.
A highlight for many was the performance of Big, Blonde and Beautiful from the musical Hairspray.
The Broadway hit was performed by a blonde pantomime dame – leaving the children in the audience in fits of giggles.
It wasn’t only the kids who were giggling though as there was plenty of adult humour laced into the show.
The cast’s comedic timing was fantastic. Accompanying them was a talented group of musicians who completed the unmissable family show.
