Ian Smith and his wife are hoping to relocate to Cove to be closer to their son and granddaughter.
Ian, 60, who is retired but still does some consultancy work in the oil and gas industry, has lived in the immaculate property with his wife for just over six years.
He really enjoyed staying in his three-bedroom property situated in a quality modern residential development by Dandara Homes on the south side of Aberdeen.
He said: “You get the feeling of the country and very good views of Aberdeen and the river Dee.
“It’s a nice little development, very handy for getting to shops.”
The only reason he and his wife want to move to Cove is to be closer to their son, who often “works away” in the oil and gas industry, and their granddaughter.
The spacious accommodation comprises an inviting hall, modern cloakroom, utility room, generously-sized lounge with a lovely sunny southerly aspect and a fully-fitted kitchen and dining room on open plan.

Ian said: “The property would be excellent for dog walkers.
“There are lots of nice areas nearby.”
Ian thought his place could also make a great home for professionals who work in the city and want to “get away from everything,” or young families who are looking to have more children.
Ian concluded: “It would suit a lot of different people.
“There is a nice little community.
“The house has been good for us.”
