Yo! Sushi is one of the places people afraid of fish generally avoid like the plague.
However, even if you hate seafood, they’ve got you covered.
To get started I ordered the Teriyaki chicken. A perfectly moist chicken thigh smothered in sticky, slightly sweet sauce.
Chicken gyoza was next off the conveyor. Three crispy parcels perfect for dipping in the accompanying soy dip and easily demolished in a couple of bites.
A portion of Kaiso seaweed, with its citrusy miso dressing, is the perfect light dish to go alongside.
Of course, the sushi is some of the best in the city with tuna and salmon dishes prepared in front of your eyes, including my favourite, the simple but delicious Maki rolls.
If you’ve still got room left, a trip to Yo! Sushi isn’t complete without chocolate Machi.
These small firm balls are packed full of the most delicious, smooth chocolate ganache.
However, the only thing that will stack as high as your bowls is the bill – those delicious dishes soon add up.
