An Aberdeenshire holiday and residential park has recently undergone a major redevelopment, offering customers more luxurious accommodation with upgraded facilities.
Nia Roo welcomes a range of short and long-term guests all year round and offers both luxury lodges and cosy static caravans to let for stays no matter how long or short.
The park owner said: “The park has recently been expanded to almost double the size with the addition of 19 new lodges and the renewal of our static caravan hire fleet.
“Our other upgrades include a new onsite 24-hour laundry, extended car parking and upgraded Wi-Fi throughout the park.
“We have invested a significant amount of money into the development for the benefit of our customers.
“There has been a big demand for quality accommodation as the only other options locally are hotels, which aren’t ideal for long stays or residential properties that offer no flexibility for medium term stays, we have found this is what our customers want, especially with the amount of development happening in Aberdeen.
“This has proven to be a great success and the feedback received has been fantastic.”
Luxury lodges gave been designed to the park owner’s specific requirements, ensuring they are ideal for north-east weather conditions and year-round living.
While the lodges vary depending on the design and model, all of the Nia Roo homes have a spacious open plan living area with built-in furniture, a flat screen TV, comfortable sofa and an electric fire, making it easy to relax.
The open plan living area has a kitchen fitted with an electric or gas hob, an oven and grill as well as a fridge freezer and plenty of storage space, making cooking in one of the lodges an enjoyable experience.
You can enjoy your meals in the dining area that has been furnished with either a table and chairs or a breakfast bar and stools.
You can enjoy a full night’s sleep in a king-sized bed in the master bedroom or in the single bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and are equally comfortable.
Let’s not forget the bathroom! Equipped with the full-size power shower, ceramic toilet and basin, it has everything you need for your daily routine.
While the inside of the lodges is absolutely stunning, the team hasn’t forgotten about the exterior. Creating private monoblock driveways for each lodge along with landscaping.
Nia Roo is situated between Aberdeen City and Newmachar village making it a 5-minute drive from the Aberdeen International Airport, 15 minutes’ drive from the City Centre of Aberdeen and just a 5-minute drive from Newmachar.
