Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes is sweating over the fitness of two summer signings for Saturday’s Premiership clash against Kilmarnock at Pittodrie.
Winger Gary Mackay-Steven and midfielder Greg Tansey both picked up knocks in training this morning.
McInnes will further assess the duo tomorrow. but admitted both could be doubtful for the Killie game.
He said: “A couple of players picked up knocks in training this morning.
“Greg Tansey with his groin and Gary Mackay-Steven with his ankle and we are hoping both boys can be okay.
“But if you don’t see them on Saturday that is why.
“We are hoping to do a little work on them tomorrow.”
Craig Storie and Daniel Harvie are both ruled out.
