Aberdeen FC have completed the loan signing of Welsh international striker Simon Church from MK Dons until the end of the season.
As Church arrives Dons striker David Goodwillie departs to join Ross County on loan until the end of the season.
Capped 33 times Church was part of the Welsh squad that qualified for the Euro 2016 finals.
The striker will go straight into contention for Wednesday’s top of the table showdown with Celtic at Pittodrie.
Departing Goodwillie penned a contract extension with the Dons last January until the end of this season.
The former Scotland international has made 13 starts this season and scored twice, both in a 3-1 Premiership win over Hearts at Tynecastle.
Goodwillie is ineligible for Ross County’s League Cup final against Hibs as he is cup tied.
The striker started for the Dons in a 2-0 League Cup loss to Hibs at Easter Road last September.
Aberdeen still hope to secure the signing of Inverness Caley Thistle midfielder Greg Tansey on a £200,000 deal before the transfer window closes at midnight.
The Dons activated a clause in the 27-year-old’s contract and aim to secure the Scottish Cup winner on a permanent deal.
