Dons boss Derek McInnes has today confirmed that Ryan Jack is to leave the club.
In a press conference ahead of this weekend’s game against Partick Thistle, McInnes confirmed the skipper wants to leave.
McInnes said: “Ryan has informed me in the past couple of days he’s leaving but there’s been no official approach from anyone.”
Rangers boss Pedro Caixinha recently confirmed Jack, 25, is one of his summer signing targets.
The Dons skipper has also been linked with a move to MLS Columbus Crew.
Jack is sidelined after groin surgery and faces a battle to be fit for the Scottish Cup final against Celtic at Hampden on May 27.
