AN ARAB sheikh is suing Michael Jackson at the High Court for £4.7 million.

Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa – who had plans to revive the star’s career – alleges Jackson reneged on a “pay-back” agreement over money paid to the musician during his financial troubles.

Jackson is contesting the claim, insisting there was no valid agreement.

The trial continues.
