Scotland blow as Miller is injured
Published:
KENNY Miller is out of Scotland’s World Cup qualifier with Norway at Hampden on Saturday because of a hamstring injury.
Rangers hitman Miller suffered the injury during his club’s 1-0 SPL defeat at St Mirren on Sunday.
Cardiff City’s Ross McCormack is on stand-by to be called in as a replacement.
Rangers’ midfield man Kevin Thomson and Derby’s Kris Commons were also due to have their fitness assessed when the squad met up today.
Thomson was carried off at Love Street, while Commons missed out for Derby at the weekend.
