Rendezvous: George Street, Aberdeen

Published:

HAVING spent the previous night catching up with some pals who had been away in Asia for the last year, it was time for a takeaway.

And carrying on the Asian theme, what better than a Chinese?

Not fancying leaving the flat, we decided to phone the order in and take advantage of Rendezvous’ free delivery service. Twenty minutes later (five minutes ahead of schedule) our piping hot feast arrived.

We opted for a quarter crispy aromatic duck (£7.50) to start. The meat was nice and tender and not too chewy, although the accompanying sauce was a bit runny.

The Boss also struggled to finish her tasty shredded chilli beef (£5.30) – but it wasn’t through want of trying.
