Aberdeen date for bushcraft star Ray

A TV BUSHCRAFT expert is to walk on the wild side in Aberdeen.

Ray Mears, who has featured several documentaries, is to meet his fans from the North-east.

He will star in a one-man show at Aberdeen Music Hall on Tuesday, October 14.

Mears, pictured has travelled the world looking at native skills used by people in various countries.

He is now regarded as Britain’s expert on traditional bushcraft survival.

Mears has never before brought his one-man show, An Evening With Ray Mears, to Scotland.

He said: “I am keenly awaiting a Scottish audience, without doubt one of the most knowledgeable on the great outdoors.”

The show will involve audience participation.

And fans will be given the chance to ask Ray questions.
