CHRIS Paterson admits Scotland’s result in the Test against Argentina in Rosario tomorrow is more important than any personal milestones he will pass when the sides.
The Edinburgh full-back, 30, will equal Scot Murray’s cap record with his 87th Test appearance for Scotland.
But Paterson will only be able to savour the achievement if his team emerge victorious from the match.
