THREE men were due to appear in court today after one of Aberdeen’s largest seizures of drugs in the last three years.

Police recovered £180,000 of heroin during an operation and officers arrested three men, aged 33, 31 and 27, charging them in connection with the supply of a class A drug.

Grampian Police seized the heroin, as well as around £5,000 in cash, in Aberdeen on Friday, including the Seaton and beach areas, as part of the ongoing Operation Maple.
