Pure Spa opposes alcohol licence application for Carluccio’s

AN OBJECTION has been lodged against plans by an Italian Restaurant chain established by a celebrity chef set to open in Aberdeen.

Carluccio’s – established by TV chef Antonio Carluccio – has lodged an application for a provisional licence to sell alcohol at a premises in Union Square.

But Pure Spa and Beauty, which is next door to the planned restaurant, said its business could be affected by the proposals.
