ABERDEEN FC keeper Jason Brown was today banned from driving for six months.
The Aberdeen FC player’s case was heard at the city’s Justice of the Peace court. Brown did not appear in person but a guilty plea was lodged on his behalf to charges of driving without valid insurance or a licence.
Justice of the Peace Mike Tait fined Brown £115 for driving without a valid licence. He was fined £250 and given six points for driving without insurance. Under the totting up procedure this means he will be disqualified from driving for six months.
Brown was given three months to pay.
