Scott praised for his display in midfield

STRIKER Scott Vernon was today praised for doing a midfield shift for Aberdeen FC against Inverness Caley Thistle.
Manager Craig Brown also praised Under-20 team skipper Joe Shaughnessy for his display, despite Aberdeen FC losing 3-2 to the Highlanders at Pittodrie.
“Vernon agreed to help out in midfield because we had so many players out,” said Brown.
