THE masterplan for a new development which could see 7,000 homes built in Aberdeen has been unveiled.
Grandhome, a new community proposed for the Bridge of Don area, would feature homes, doctor surgeries, business parks, schools and leisure facilities.
A two-day public exhibition, launched today at the Mains of Scotstown will allow people to view and comment on the proposals.
But the plan has prompted fears that the area’s road network will not be able to cope with the increased demand.
