Forecasters warn of sleet

AN ARCTIC blast will see temperatures plummet this weekend, a forecaster warned today.
Cold air is expected to move in from the north, which will bring with it clear skies and see the mercury plunge.
Sleet showers and chilly winds were due to hit the North-east today.
