ALL three North-east offshore carriers have grounded their fleets of Super Puma helicopters after the latest ditching in the North Atlantic.
A total of 17 offshore workers and two pilots were rescued from the sea after a controlled ditching of a flight operated by CHC Scotia.
The CHC helicopter was carrying an oil-change crew from Aberdeen to a rig 86 miles north-west of Shetland when it ditched at around 3.30pm yesterday.
