Stonehaven chip shop to serve up festive treats

A CHIP shop is set to deep fry two Scottish delicacies as part of a Christmas special.
The Carron Fish Bar in Stonehaven will be sticking shortbread and clootie dumplings under the batter as a festive treat for customers.
The Stonehaven chipper, which is already the home of the deep-fried Mars bar, will add the deep-fried shortbread and clootie dumpling to the menu in December.
