ABERDEEN FC striker Niall McGinn today admitted he’s still “in dreamland” after scoring the goal that broke Portuguese superstar Ronaldo’s heart.
McGinn has been swamped with goodwill messages since netting for Northern Ireland in their 1-1 World Cup qualifier in Portugal on Tuesday.
The 25-year-old’s effort spoiled what was supposed to be a party to celebrate Cristiano Ronaldo making his 100th appearance for his country, and Niall revealed he was so proud of scoring he decided not to bother chasing after the Real Madrid star to get his shirt as a souvenir.
