Youngsters to be stopped buying eggs to halt Halloween pranks

A BID to stop youngsters buying eggs is under way amid concerns over Halloween pranks.

Community wardens are concerned “fear and alarm” may be caused by youngsters throwing eggs and flour while out guising.

Young guisers in Moray will be prevented from buying eggs and flour this Halloween to prevent trick or treaters causing trouble.
