Aberdeen FC boss praises Knox training methods

ARCHIE Knox was today praised for making the Aberdeen FC players so super fit they can run opponents into the ground.

Aberdeen FC face Kilmarnock in the SPL at Rugby Park looking to extend their recent unbeaten run to 10 matches.

They’ve scored late goals in the last four of those games to either win or rescue a point.

And Aberdeen FC boss Craig Brown claimed it’s the training methods of No2 Knox that have ensured they are able to steamroller opponents in the latter stages of games.
