FORMER Aberdeen FC striker Scott Booth believes Scotland Under-16s will relish playing at Pittodrie tonight.
The schoolboys face Wales in the opening match of the Victory Shield, with kick-off at 7.35pm.
Booth, assistant coach of the U16s, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for these young players to showcase their talents.”
The stadium holds fond memories for the former Aberdeen forward who spent 10 years of his career at the club.
He said: “I remember making my debut against St Mirren in Charlie Nicholas’ last game for Aberdeen.”
