‘Aberdeen FC have a squad that can be near top of league’

GAVIN Rae today warned SPL rivals that Aberdeen FC are far stronger than when he signed at Pittodrie in January.

The midfielder has challenged Aberdeen FC players to prove their new strength by gatecrashing the top end of the SPL and piling the pressure on pace-setters Celtic and Motherwell.

He said: “We are definitely stronger than when I arrived in January.”
