FIRST Aberdeen’s new boss today promised to refund the fares of bus passengers “unhappy with any aspect” of their journey.
First Aberdeen director Duncan Cameron said the Customer Promise was all about putting passengers first.
But the company admitted passengers wouldn’t get refunds for delays caused by bad weather, accidents or traffic congestion. Roadworks, vandalism, events, actions by third parties and anything outwith the company’s control also won’t be covered.
