Pervert was too fat to have sex with schoolgirl

A PERVERT who tried to have sex with a schoolgirl in Aberdeen failed in his attempt because he was too fat, a court heard.

Ernest D’Arcy, 44, admitted attempting unlawful intercourse with the girl at an address in Aberdeen in 2009.

Father-of-five D’Arcy also admitted possessing grossly indecent photos of himself and the girl on his mobile phone, at the High Court in Edinburgh.

Advocate depute Jane Farquharson, prosecuting, told the High Court in Edinburgh that the girl claimed D’Arcy had tried to have sex with her but failed because he was too fat.

Judge Lord Pentland called for background reports and ordered homeless D’Arcy – who is being held in Perth jail – to remain in custody pending sentence in November. His name is now on the sex offenders’ register.
