A CHEF has appeared in court accused of assaulting a man by deliberately crashing his car into another vehicle in Aberdeen.
Minar Ali, 39, whose address was given in court papers as 11F Raeburn Place, Aberdeen, denied two charges of a breach of the peace and one charge of assault to injury – with an alternative charge of dangerous driving.
At Aberdeen Sheriff Court he also denied being in possession of an offensive weapon during the alleged incident, which is said to have occurred on Aberdeen’s Hutcheon Street last Friday.
Ali is set to go on trial next year.
