Booze licence granted for revamped cafe at Aberdeen park

A CAFE in a popular Aberdeen park is one step closer to a major revamp after its licensing bid was approved.

A newly-formed Aberdeen company – Coffee Socitea – applied for a provisional premises licence for a cafe at Hazlehead Park.

The bid was backed at the Aberdeen Licensing Board meeting today, meaning the cafe will be able to offer alcohol for consumption on site.
