Duke of Edinburgh taken to hospital in Aberdeen
Prince Philip suffering bladder infection

THE Duke of Edinburgh was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary this afternoon.
The 91-year-old royal made the journey from Balmoral, where he and the Queen are staying, to the Aberdeen hospital by land ambulance, Buckingham Palace said.
He was said to be suffering a recurrence of the bladder infection he had in the summer and has been admitted to hospital for investigation and treatment.
