Aberdeen FC players should show red card to internet trolls

FOOTBALL legend Stewart McKimmie today hit out at the internet trolls who subjected Aberdeen FC keeper Jamie Langfield to vile abuse.

Langfield was the target of sickening comments on the social networking site Twitter following a mistake that led to Celtic’s goal in a 1-0 loss at Parkhead.

Police are investigating the abuse. But McKimmie warned Aberdeen FC players are unnecessarily putting themselves in the firing line for “moronic, internet cowards” by going online.
