Man denies abducting and raping girl

A TEENAGER today told a court she was snatched off an Aberdeen street, handcuffed in the back of a car and taken to a secluded spot to be raped.

The schoolgirl, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, said she thought she would never see her family again.

Accused Stephen Dickson denies abducting and raping the teenager.

On trial at the High Court in Aberdeen, Dickson, 49, also denies abducting and assaulting two different teenagers, and attempting to abduct and assaulting another.

The High Court in Aberdeen today heard evidence from the teenager who was allegedly raped. She said she was taken to Torry Battery where the alleged attack took place.
