Revamp proposed for Capitol building

A FORMER cinema on Aberdeen’s busiest shopping street could be knocked down to bring the area back to life.
The Capitol building on Union Street will be partially demolished if plans go ahead.
CDC Ltd have put a proposal of application notice in to Aberdeen City Council for the major works.
