First Group to sell off £100 million of businesses
Transport firm to dispose of parts of operation

FIRST Group today said it will sell off £100 million of its UK businesses.
The transport firm, which has headquarters in Aberdeen, revealed it will dispose of parts of its operation where it cannot compete in terms of scale with other operators.
A spokesman for the firm said ahead of its annual general meeting in Aberdeen today: “In general terms a number of the bits of the business will be disposed of to other operators equivalent to £100 million in revenues.”
