A GRANDMOTHER has died and a man was left fighting for his life after a horror crash near Aberdeen.
The two-car crash – on the A90 Balmedie to Aberdeen road at the Blackdog junction – involved seven people, including a family with two young children.
All seven people involved in the crash on the A90 Balmedie to Aberdeen road were in need of medical treatment.
A 73-year-old grandmother was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where she later died as a result of her injuries.
