A HERD of cows gave residents a rude awakening – after stampeding through their gardens.
The cows escaped from a field in North Yorkshire and charged across residents’ lawns – leaving six inch hoof prints in their wake.
And resident James Lee captured the cows on camera from his house on Larkfield Road in Harrogate.
The 20-year-old filmed the cows as they trampled gardens in the street on Sunday.
