Man accused of using forged signature to receive £50,000 from Aberdeen bank

A MAN has been charged with making a loan application using a forged signature to receive £50,000.

Darren Stuart, 41, whose address was given in court papers as Flat 13, Victoria Court, 4-6 High Street, Brentford, Middlesex, allegedly committed the offence at the Bank of Scotland in Albyn Place, Aberdeen in June 2009.

He will appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on August 3 when he is set to enter a plea to the charge.
