A MAN has denied using a stolen fuel card to obtain petrol by fraud 15 times.
Nicky Gourlay, 28, is alleged to have stolen a fuel card at Arnold Clark in Wellington Road, Aberdeen and used it to obtain petrol by fraud on 15 separate occasions at various filling stations.
Gourlay, whose address was given in court papers as 6 Ross Keen Drive, Invergordon, denies the charges and will appear again at court later this year.
