Video: Praise for Aberdeen student’s video of beating embryo heart
PhD student’s footage ‘highly commended’

AN ABERDEEN PhD student has been recognised for her work on a video which shows the beating heart of a frog embryo.
Natalie Gibb, 24, who is completing a PhD in developmental biology at the University of Aberdeen, was highly commended in the British Heart Foundation’s Support Our Science competition.
Researchers and scientists from 1,000 projects funded by the charity had to submit the most exciting images and videos produced in the course of their work.
