Aberdeen City Council plans to simplify the way it sets rent.
Aberdeen City Council has issued a survey to tenants to help improve the complicated process.
Councillor Neil Cooney said: “There will be winners and losers. But this will provide tenants with a clear and easy to understand policy on how rents are calculated.”
